1. Freelance AVL Production Expert
Equalized Productions LLC is looking to expand its team of production experts. We are looking for motivated, skilled, and passionate audio, video, and lighting experts to join our freelance team. Together we will be working on a variety of events from outdoor concerts to high-profile corporate shows. Position Requirements
- Positive client serving attitude.
- Good communication skills with crew lead on site.
- Working knowledge of modern production equipment and workflow.
- Must always observe safety protocols not endangering yourself or fellow crew.
- Ability to arrive on time to event call time and stay until the end of load out.
- Willingness to help multiple departments on site to complete to whole setup.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- A passion to always push for greater results.
